BRAND & STRATEGY
The Sayvee team was involved in the branding of the new community around a year before construction began. An in-depth brand ideation was undertaken with the development and sales teams in order to help define the ‘look and feel’ of the community, the story behind the brand messaging, and the brand personas. A marketing strategy, including a number of campaign concepts, were developed to serve as an ongoing platform for promotions and asset creation taking into account the year-by-year growth of the community and brand.
Sayvee has given careful consideration to the established brand and brand personas when creating the digital marketing plan for the McKinley Beach community. Our team creates all national print and digital promotional assets for the ongoing development including billboards, brochures, print ads, and transit advertising, to name just a few. Yearly marketing campaigns are executed to create brand awareness and help root McKinley Beach into the Okanagan community. Highlighting the amenities and selling features of the community has been a continual trend through print and digital advertising, campaigns, and social media.
